Who responds
Firmus.IA is the contact point for data handled through this site. You can make any privacy request using the address at the end of this page.
What we ask for
The contact form may ask for your name, email, organization, industry, and message. The waitlist asks for an email and product of interest. We do not request clinical, financial, or other sensitive information: do not include it in your message.
Why we use it
Only to answer a conversation you started or notify you about the product you selected. We do not sell this data, build advertising profiles, or use it to train models.
How it is delivered
When a secure provider is configured, the request is sent over HTTPS to Firmus.IA's contact channel. If none is active, the site does not retain the content and offers to finish in your own email app. Form contents are never written to server logs.
Analytics and choice
Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights load only after your explicit acceptance. They measure page views and performance and never receive form contents. “Essential only” keeps them off. We also honor Global Privacy Control.
Retention and rights
Conversations are kept in the contact channel only as long as needed to handle them and meet applicable obligations. You may ask to access, correct, delete, or object to processing, or withdraw consent by writing to us.
Privacy requests
This text documents the site's current technical behavior. Before operational contact storage is enabled, the final legal notice should be reviewed by privacy counsel with the responsible entity's complete details.
